FM Works Apps extends Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) data to mobile devices. Now, mobile workers in the field can access, update, and complete service tickets on the fly. Field technicians can see all of their work tickets, add resources such as parts and time, and mark them complete. Once complete, FM Works Apps sends the completed ticket back to the enterprise IWMS system via the cloud for real time reporting and notifications.
